Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping within New Zealand. If you are located outside of New Zealand and would like to place an order, please get in touch to arrange this.

All orders are shipped via NZ Post within 2–3 business days of receiving payment. As Nurture You operates from a rural location, orders are dispatched a couple of times per week. This is already factored into our 2–3 business day processing timeframe.

A flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies to all orders.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete to avoid delays. This includes your full delivery address, correct postcode, and rural delivery (RD) number if applicable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take a short time to appear in the NZ Post system after your order has been lodged.

Returns Policy

All unused and unopened items must be returned to Nurture You within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and with the tamper seal intact.

Returns received outside of the 14-day period will not be accepted or refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nurtureyou.co.nz so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
